  • Ribeye beef steaks

  • Fresh thyme, chopped
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat. Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.
  • Drizzle some olive oil in the skillet and add the seasoned steaks. Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time according to your preference. Set the steaks aside on a plate and cover loosely with foil to keep them warm.
  • In the same skillet, add the diced baby potatoes. Cook them over medium heat until they become golden brown and crispy, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the garlic butter sauce. In a separate small saucepan, melt the salted butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic, dried Italian herb blend, chopped thyme, and parsley. Stir well and let the flavors infuse for a couple of minutes.
  • Once the potatoes are cooked, pour the garlic butter sauce over them and stir gently to coat evenly. Allow the potatoes to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
